Product deions and images
We take care to present our pieces accurately and clearly. Colour may appear slightly different depending on photography lighting and your screen settings; this is not considered a product defect.
Pricing
All prices shown are in Saudi Riyals. Shipping costs and taxes, where applicable, are shown on the checkout page before payment. We may change prices at any time; this does not affect orders already confirmed.
Availability
Our pieces are made in limited quantities. If a piece cannot be supplied after your order is confirmed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to purchase and becomes confirmed once we accept it and send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order in cases such as a pricing error, stock running out, or suspected unlawful activity.
Payment
The full order value must be paid using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Cancellation
You may ask to cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once the order has been dispatched, the Exchange & Return Policy applies.

We aim to provide an accurate and reliable service. Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the store. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent authorities there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
