Sizes
What sizes are available?
We currently offer three sizes: M, L and XL.
How do I choose my size?
Measure your bust, waist and hips, and the length you would like the piece to reach. Then compare your measurements with the chart on our Size Guide page. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Where can I find the Size Guide?
On the Size Guide page, listed under Client Care at the bottom of the site.
How do the pieces usually fit?
Our cuts are relaxed and comfortable. The figures listed are garment measurements, not body measurements, and they may vary slightly between designs depending on the fabric and construction.
Shipping and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within one to two business days, then delivered within Saudi Arabia in approximately 1-5 business days through our appointed courier.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel is handed to the courier you will receive a tracking number that lets you follow its status.
Exchanges and returns
Can I exchange or return a piece?
Yes, within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the piece is in its original condition: unused, unwashed and unaltered, with the original tags and packaging intact. Full details are on our Exchange & Return Policy page.
What if a piece arrives faulty or is not what I ordered?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the piece. We will cover the shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Product care
How should I care for my piece?
We recommend dry cleaning for embroidered and embellished pieces, ironing on a low setting from the inside, and storing the piece hanging away from direct sunlight. Please always follow the care instructions attached to the garment.

All available payment methods are shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
Availability and quantities
Are quantities limited?
Yes. Our pieces are produced in limited quantities, and a size or design may sell out quickly.
Do sold-out pieces come back?
We may restock selected pieces depending on demand and fabric availability, though we cannot guarantee this for every design.
